INVITATION TO: CMTAA members, family and friends to attend a

Pauline McKinnon is the Founding Director of The Stillness Meditation
Therapy Centre and we are excited to report that your CMTVIC committee
has secured Pauline to present on the benefits of stillness

Pauline Mckinnon is the expert on the Stillness Meditation technique
created by Dr Ainslie Meares.

Research shows that meditation positively contributes to wellbeing and
assists in a range of health conditions.  The aim of SMT is to calm
the mind and restore equilibrium within the nervous system.  SMT is
not related to cultural, traditional or religious forms of meditation,
in SMT the whole being is allowed to be still therefore producing a
calming effect.

Pauline will discuss Stillness Meditation, its origin and its
benefits.  Pauline will be happy to take questions, she will then
explain the procedure and conduct an introductory SMT session and take
further feedback and questions. Books and audio CD’s will also be
available for purchase.

We hope to share this technique with as many of you as possible to
help in our ongoing journey of CMT. Please extend the invitation to
your family and friends as everyone can benefit from this technique.
